How we can be healthy

Health, as everything is a choice. Yes that is right, health is a choice.
Others will tell, how can be choice when we all want to be healthy. Yes that is right, but between  a health and tasty food, we choose tasty food, so we choose a food. And our choice is not health.  We are living in the world where people are dying from the stuff that we need to maintain our body, because of improper use. We all need a food, but what kind of food? We need row, not processed food. In the row products, like fruit, vegetables, milk cooked fish and meat on steam, salads,  the nutrients are most affordable for our body, and our body need time and energy to process the food in the organism.
But if we consume fast food or like they call it today junk food, or food that is rich in sugar and has very little from other nutrients. Our body et a big dose of easy processed sugar, and that sugar is taken directly to the blood. Then our organism is reacting with releasing of Insulin( hormone that organism is processing the sugar in the blood and in the cells). When the big quantity of insulin is in the blood, the sugar is transformed into a fat and is stored in the organism for later use. Because this action is very quick, we are beginning to feel hunger in 1,5 or 2 hours. That's why we about hour and a half from our meal, we take the coffee, some chocolates, or soft drinks with lot of sugar. And that will do exactly the same like the food that we have eaten that morning. This cycle is going to repeat at leas 2 times till we go to bed. When we eat that kind of food we feel that we are very tired and sleepy, because, our organism is fighting with the sugar that we are taking all day to give us a energy. That is the loop from we can not exit easily, only with lot of effort and changing our habits.

Similar thing is also with the persons that miss meals. The level of sugar in the blood is too low, and our body is sending us a signal that we need something rich in energy. That is why we take a food with lot of sugar and the principle is same.
count the calories that you are putting in your organism just with one meal
1kg of fat is 7500calories, that mean with this kind of food 1 kg of fat we are making in 
5-6 days, what would you say to that.
Because we are fainting our organism, especially the system of control of the sugar, the system is wearing out in 10-20 years, depending of the constitution of the body for everyone, and diabetes is occurring.
Children also are victims of the way off feeding, and the obesity and diabetes are like an epidemic,and they are the main disease we must fight.

How to eat healthy? How to make changes in our lives, that will make something good, and will improve our health.
