Healthy eating

Who ever is the father of the disease, the mother is always the food

From all the external factors that are affecting on our good or bad health, food is most significant. Today is well known that insufficient, polluted, and not well processed food, quicker or slower is destroying our health.
The healthy diet is condition for good functioning of the body. Healthy food makes a lot of deep and intensive processes, that is organizing our inner balance, and every tissue is working perfectly, with a smallest amount of energy all the processes are finished. 
    Healthy diet is opposite from the unhealthy diet, and the consequences from the unbalanced and unhealthy food, are making damage to the body, and it is manifested as acute or chronic diseases, and use a lot of energy to make the balance in the organs and the tissue. Usually we do not change our eating habits when we are ill, and this is also very demanding for our body, because, our body must generate the missing nutrients, and it is using all the resources, and for that the healing process is very slowed down, and the total healing, in most of the cases, is not achieved. So our bodies are worn out from continuos fight with this condition of disease, so it is a matter of time when is going to make irreversible changes in our body, and those conditions are very hard to back to normal, or it is impossible to do anything.
   Usually when we come to this stadium, there is no help. 
Healthy food is the main condition for the diseases not to show, and in the ill people, easier to heal the diseases, even if the diseases is not only caused by bad nutrition, and other diseases are easily healed with a healthy food included in the curing process. 
Mass diseases caused by unhealthy or improper diet is resulting with reduced working ability, and all this is leading to great loses, witch are reflecting to the standard of living. Namely, because they are sick, people work less, and continuing with the bad eating habits, the possibility is greater for emergence of other new disease caused with bad diet.
Proper nutrition means, proper use of the nutrients and the food needed by our body, food must have pleasant flavor. We must eat a lot of vegetables, milk, eggs, fish and lean meat. It must be well thermally processed and most of the food best is to be used raw.  
Food must be fresh, and it is a basic principle of a healthy eating.
   Milk and milk products are the main ingredient of the healthy food. Healthy food intake means half a liter of milk or milk products per day.
There are 3 ways of healthy diets in the world.
 1. Mixed way of diet witch takes all the products from animal and vegetable origin.
 2. Vegetarian diet, where from the products from animal origin are present only milk and milk products and eggs.
 3. Vegan diet, where is present only vegetables and no animal products are used. This diet must be used under doctors surveillance, and with adding an essential nutrients, that our body needs, and are not present in the vegetables or the fruits.
