How can we be healthy 4

This is the food pyramid, that is showing us what we must eat, and how often. Ok we will eat everything that is healthy but does it satisfy my need for nutrients?
The basis of our diet must be the vegetables and fruits, which will provide to us Fiber, sugar, minerals and vitamins. There is even inner dividing of the fruits and vegetables, but in the inters of time, I will explain it to everyone if they contact me. Grain and meat we mud eat in moderate quantities, fulfilled with oily products. The sweets are in the top of the pyramid and we must eat sweets once a week or less.
We know that the people that are eating fruits and vegetables are healthier then the others that are feed by fast food. But the circumstances are changed for the last 30 years.

If in 1985 your needs of vitamin C was fulfilled with 1 apple, in 1995 that number has increased to 5 apples, and today to get the same amount of vitamin C you must take 10 apples. So the food is not the same any more.
Why is that?
Because, we produce food in great quantities and we need to add nutrients in the soil for the fruits and vegetables. But we product so much in quantities the soil became poor in nutrients for growing. So if the yield is bigger, the quality of the ingredients in the end products is poorer. Here is another problem, the food what we count healthy is healthy, but to achieve the desired effect, we must consume bigger quantities of it. When we consume a bigger quantities, we also put additional calories in us. For example, we eat versatile food, to fulfill air needs of nutrients, but we must intake more food to reach for the optimum quantity, that optimum in calories will be about 5000 calories per day.
That the exact numbers from the latest scientific breakthrough. So what we must do and how to feed our selfs to be healthy?
The food intake must be with low calories products but rich in nutrients. How can we achieve this?

How can we be healthy 3

Now we are coming to the topic of healthy food. What is healthy in the food. First we must tell the right definition. Healthy food is food which will fill up a lll the needed nutrients for that day, and will provide enough energy to finish all daily tasks, without bringing the body in a state of lack of energy, which will force the body to start using it's muscles.

 First let me tell you why the body uses first the muscles not the fat. Muscles are made from proteins in the muscle cell and muscle protoplasm. Main ingredient of the protoplasm is a GLYCOGEN. The muscle uses the glycogen as fuel. Because the muscles are main motor for the body, they must be fueled. There is a need of quick explosive action of the muscles, they react with quick glycogen mobilization, and combustion which give the muscle needed energy.
So when you are exercising the body don't use the fat, it uses the glycogen from the muscles.
So the body now needs a rest. When body is resting, it refuels the muscles with glycogen. If you use a food rich in sugars it will replenish all the glycogen from the food sugar. But if you give the body food with nutrients that is hard to process, than the body start to use the fat. Only than fat is starting to be burned by the body.
So if you use well balanced food with low glycogenic Index ( that is the food which is freeing only small amounts of sugar in the blood, and do not make intense insulin reaction) only than you will start loosing the fat.
This intro was exposed because we need to know how our body is reacting to a exercise. This is easier way of loosing fat, and making the body fit.

But if you do not exercise, than you must adjust the food intake for that.
Because we only need nutrients for basic functions, the body is using smaller amounts of food. This is the problem. We eat with our eyes, we are not listening our needs. So for that we need to force us, to discipline our selfs in order to be healthy.
Daily intake of food in female persons are about 2000 calories, and man 2500 calories. Remember in that calories we must take in our body 114 nutrients which is needed for daily needs.
What are the calories of usual fast food meal? From 800-3000 calories, it depends. If you eat 3 fast food meals, you will be much over your daily need of calories, but you will lack other important nutrients, like vitamins, minerals, fibre. and you will be overt the limit 400-7500 calories per day.
1 kilo of fat is 7500 calories, so you can gain even a kilo fat a day, and that is scary.
Healthy food is a solution for everything, but we must first know other things in order to make our diet.

How can we be healthy 2

Like I said in the last post, obesity is our choice, but, when we look our self in the mirror, and we can not stand the reflection that we see, the first thing we are doing is cut all food intake. We cut the meal, eat small portions of food with low level of nutrients. That is one of the biggest mistakes that we can made. Why, it is effective, all peoples who had tried the diet with small amounts of food will said that. How effective? If you count the loss of kilos, yes it is effective, but if you look the changes of the body structure, than we all see that it is all in vain. Why?  Because when you are not getting all the nutrients from the food, our body take the nutrients from our self, and that process is called auto cannibalism, or the process when the body begin to use the muscle protein to make the nutrients that are not present in the food. Thats why we lost weight. We do not loose the fat, we loose the muscles. And when we start with normal eating, the body needs a lot of energy, and that need is driving us to eat food with lot of sugar. The process of gaining fat is even faster than loosing the muscles, and you are gaining kilos very quickly. This effect is also called YO-YO effect. And like lot of magic circles in our life, this is also one of them, we repeat it 2-3 times a year, and when you look in 5 years, you have gained 30-40 kilos of fat.

Low nutrients diet is lot worse than obesity, because, you are exhausting the body, and then we are becoming more susceptible to the other diseases. In that situation our body is with very low immunity, and  allergies and asthma become additional  torturer of our body. Also and diabetes is coming on the front door.
Everything that we are doing right now, and it is not change of the diet is making things more worse. So you are forced to start using healthy food, if you like to make your life better.

How we can be healthy

Health, as everything is a choice. Yes that is right, health is a choice.
Others will tell, how can be choice when we all want to be healthy. Yes that is right, but between  a health and tasty food, we choose tasty food, so we choose a food. And our choice is not health.  We are living in the world where people are dying from the stuff that we need to maintain our body, because of improper use. We all need a food, but what kind of food? We need row, not processed food. In the row products, like fruit, vegetables, milk cooked fish and meat on steam, salads,  the nutrients are most affordable for our body, and our body need time and energy to process the food in the organism.
But if we consume fast food or like they call it today junk food, or food that is rich in sugar and has very little from other nutrients. Our body et a big dose of easy processed sugar, and that sugar is taken directly to the blood. Then our organism is reacting with releasing of Insulin( hormone that organism is processing the sugar in the blood and in the cells). When the big quantity of insulin is in the blood, the sugar is transformed into a fat and is stored in the organism for later use. Because this action is very quick, we are beginning to feel hunger in 1,5 or 2 hours. That's why we about hour and a half from our meal, we take the coffee, some chocolates, or soft drinks with lot of sugar. And that will do exactly the same like the food that we have eaten that morning. This cycle is going to repeat at leas 2 times till we go to bed. When we eat that kind of food we feel that we are very tired and sleepy, because, our organism is fighting with the sugar that we are taking all day to give us a energy. That is the loop from we can not exit easily, only with lot of effort and changing our habits.

Similar thing is also with the persons that miss meals. The level of sugar in the blood is too low, and our body is sending us a signal that we need something rich in energy. That is why we take a food with lot of sugar and the principle is same.

1kg of fat is 7500calories, that mean with this kind of food 1 kg of fat we are making in 
5-6 days, what would you say to that.
Because we are fainting our organism, especially the system of control of the sugar, the system is wearing out in 10-20 years, depending of the constitution of the body for everyone, and diabetes is occurring.
Children also are victims of the way off feeding, and the obesity and diabetes are like an epidemic,and they are the main disease we must fight.

How to eat healthy? How to make changes in our lives, that will make something good, and will improve our health.

Let me tell you some things about me. Let me tell you about my journey to here.

I'm Sasko and now am 37. I have a lot behind me, and more before me, I know it, because I will never give up. I will try everything, I will do anything, to fulfill my goals, to live the lifestyle that I want and be where I want.
First everything in my life was settled to show to the other people how much I worth, to show to the others, that I'm much better then any other man, and my place isn't between them, because I'm bigger then them. That I was about 10 years ago. That my attitude destroyed my life, my friends deserted me, and I was on the brink of total disaster, my vanity destroyed me. I was wondering around, and I was asking my self why the others are so rude and merciless. Than, one day one thought changed my life around. I've asked my self first, If everybody has an issue with me, doesn't mean that they are wrong, because it can not be that everyone are wrong, that mean that I was wrong, very wrong, because everything around me is destroyed. If you don't love you, you can't love anything else. So how you can be successful when you don't like anything? How you are going to succeed if you don't matter anything? How you can be something, when you don't know what you are going to be. If you don't like your self, you are not seeing the future. To show to you that you are worth, you put your self above all your friends, family and coworkers. So everything start with loving your self. If someone tell you how you really are, you start to argue with him, because, you know the truth from deep in you, but the picture that you want to make that you are different is lie, and you act  aggressively because the others have seen the truth, that you are full with nothing.
When you at the end, you open your eyes for the truth, you become disappоinted and depressed, because you will understand the thing that you always knew, you are the reason for how you feel and where you are in  your life.
So naturally you are beginning to think that you must change, but how? So I've started to read books, to change my self and to change my attitude. First, you need to start loving you. When you learn how to love you, you will soon learn how to love others, and how to build your life without need for approving anything from no one. That is  the real beginning, that is the first stand up, and it is the hardest stand ups. Every other falling are not so bad, because, you are strong person, when you love your self, but when you don't love your self, and everything around you is destroyed, you are not seeing the exit from that situation. Your picture that you was making for you is destroyed. Thats why the first stand up is always the hardest. But when everything is starting to go the way is supposed to go, every fall will be easier and stand up will be also easier. Success is on your reach, because you will not sabotage your self, you will help your self to be all that you want.
Live the life with joy, live your life with smile, live your life with love, only then you will live.

READ THIS

A man sat at a metro station in Washington DC and started to play the violin; it was a cold January morning. He played six Bach pieces for about 45 minutes. During that time, since it was rush hour, it was calculated that 1,100 people went through the station, most of them on their way to work.

Three minutes went by, and a middle aged man noticed there was musician playing. He slowed his pace, and stopped for a few seconds, and then hurried up to meet his schedule.

A minute later, the violinist received his first dollar tip: a woman threw the money in the till and without stopping, and continued to walk.

A few minutes later, someone leaned against the wall to listen to him, but the man looked at his watch and started to walk again. Clearly he was late for work.

The one who paid the most attention was a 3 year old boy. His mother tagged him along, hurried, but the kid stopped to look at the violinist. Finally, the mother pushed hard, and the child continued to walk, turning his head all the time. This action was repeated by several other children. All the parents, without exception, forced them to move on.

In the 45 minutes the musician played, only 6 people stopped and stayed for a while. About 20 gave him money, but continued to walk their normal pace. He collected $32. When he finished playing and silence took over, no one noticed it. No one applauded, nor was there any recognition.

No one knew this, but the violinist was Joshua Bell, one of the most talented musicians in the world. He had just played one of the most intricate pieces ever written, on a violin worth $3.5 million dollars.

Two days before his playing in the subway, Joshua Bell sold out at a theater in Boston where the seats averaged $100.

This is a real story. Joshua Bell playing incognito in the metro station was organized by the Washington Post as part of a social experiment about perception, taste, and priorities of people. The outlines were: in a commonplace environment at an inappropriate hour: Do we perceive beauty? Do we stop to appreciate it? Do we recognize the talent in an unexpected context?

One of the possible conclusions from this experience could be:

If we do not have a moment to stop and listen to one of the best musicians in the world playing the best music ever written, how many other things are we missing?

Never give up


Achieving your goals mean hard work and sacrifice. What is your goals, what is your target, what is your plan for your future? You know that every step must be planed, and when is planed even then it may fail. 
For successful journey until the achieving the goals, you must be ready for every situation. You must plan and go every moment ahead no matter what. Never look back, maybe there were better moments, don't dream for them, maybe there were worst moments, do not loose your focus with the things that were. Focus only on your goal, focus only on your success. Nothing must stand between you and your goal. Look only ahead, never turn back for anything. Focus is the main thing that will keep your willingness on the right level. If for the moment you loose the focus, your will for achieving the goals will begin to fade, and even it can diminish with the time. For that reason you must write your goals and put them on the visible place, when you work and pass true, you will be able to read it, so your focus will be on the highest level.    

You must try everything, you must never give up, how difficult it looks, how hard it is, every time it has 2 exits, first is success, the second exit is failure, you are the one who will decide what are you going to be, winner or looser, and no one else will be nor guilty or responsible for your success. 
Failure is only temporary, if you don't' make it otherwise. 
The successful people are successful because they never give up. Like they say, every time you fall you will stand up again. if you fall 16 times you must stand up 17. 
And if you give up, maybe the next thing that you would do would mean success, but you will never know.
