Biological quality of the food

Bioenergetic value of food is represented as a vital energy, vitality and energy potential of foods that certain foods from plant or animal origin provides for our body if we consume them. Bioenergetic value of food depends, above all, from the way of food production (ecological or conventional production methods), then, the quality (species, variety) and the freshness of food (depending on the mode of keeping and storing of the interval between harvesting and utilization).
This mean, that we must look carefully for the food and the way the food is produced. 
Organic food has a much higher biological value than foods produced in a conventional way, that mean a higher content of dry matter, not artificially exaggerated water and contains a higher percentage of vitamins and biologically active substances, with a significantly lower content of nitrates (chemical compound that is thought that causes cancer), organic food longer maintain freshness and composition and can be easily stored. For example, organically produced tomatoes contain 8-10% of dry matter, against 4-5% of dry matter of conventionally produced, and they in the refrigerator stays fresh about 7-8 days, while the chemical only 2-3 days. This means that organic foods have high nutritional value and biological energy,  does not contain harmful substances that will impair our health and gives the body strength, freshness, has a better taste and appearance.
Method of sensitive crystallization is showing us pictorial the life force in living organisms. According to this method, the arrangement of crystals, which are formed by every living organism, can be determined the origin of production and biological quality of the food. The crystals produced by food that is produced organic, are expressive, visible and their arrangement is properly arranged and harmonious, with distinctive image (because the crystals are grouped in a row and toward the center), while the products from chemical production arrangements of the crystals is chaotic and irregular and the crystals are weak, barely visible and there is no order. This means that, in the first case there is a certain power that is able to regroup and to instruct the making of the crystals, while in another, there is small amount of power, or no power at all. This is precisely the power which give us, to our body, the vital energy and ability to grow, develop and maintain the natural immunity and disease resistance. Naturally produced food has its visible signs. First of all, the color of the organic produced products are more natural. High-quality foods have a certain hardness (natural and not from water), they shape is irregular , and sometimes you see traces of worms.
For example, the organic carrots are recognized by the darker color and narrower pith in the middle. The taste is sweeter, and more natural. Biologists also count that cosmic principles are involved in production and growing of food, so if we use a chemicals, that bond is broken and the flow of energy is disturbed.
