Vegetables are the base of the food that we must intake in our body. From to amounts of the vegetables that is taken with every meal, is determining the condition of our body to oppose the diseases. The vegetables are rich in the nutrients like vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, also called the helping nutrients.  Yes this nutrients help our body to fulfill it functions, and they help the body to finish the chemical processes, but without them the body will not be able to make the processes and it would be manifested as an a disease. The immunity of the body will be compromised and it would not be capable to endure the infectious attacks, from the viruses, bacterias and parasites.
The modern man quick and stressful life is more worsening the situation, because they do not eat vegetables enough, and the stress is destroying the vitamins more, so our organism is more susceptible
for any outer impact.

A high percentage of complex carbohydrates in vegetables are classifying the vegetables as energy-high quality food, full with an enzymes, vitamins, minerals, proteins, and vegetables are builders of cells responsible for the body's metabolism.

The most valuable ingredient in the carrot is carotene, which is precursor of provitamin A. All red fruits and vegetables is containing the carotene, but most known is carrot.
