SPORTS NUTRITION


Proper feeding is not responsible only for the health of athletes, but also and the results they are achieving in the competitions. Improper diet is  not only reducing the competitive ability, but also can, according the given effort that the organism does during the training, is leading to the diseases, especially when it comes to young people, who have not yet reached its full development.
There are three basic characteristics that are common to all athletes that should be taken into account when planning a diet for them:

  - energy needs of the athlete are greater than the needs of persons of the same age, weight and height, which is not involved in sports;
  - due to the intense accumulation of muscle metabolic products, acidic reaction leads to decreasing of the alkaline reserve in the blood and the tissues, and is leading to decreasing of the functional abilities of the organism.
  - The competition and the active training is followed by a big loss of water and minerals, particularly sodium chloride, and vitamins, therefore is required hydration of the organism with water, minerals and vitamins in the stage of active training and competition.
That is why the nutrition of the athletes is very demanding.
When we are preparing meals for athletes we should be avoiding foods that are hard to weld, as well as the foods that are producing large quantities of gas in the intestines, such as: pork, bacon, ham, pâté, hot bread, mayonnaise, nuts and legumes, etc. Other kinds of meat, eggs, grain products and cereals provide ashes acid reaction, and should be kept to minimum. Also the alcohol, coffee and strong spices should be taken to the minimum even it is good to be prohibited.
Milk, milk products and fruit, especially fruit juices, should be taken in big quantities. Milk has a big advantage over other foods, not only for increasing of the alkaline reaction, but also it compensates the biologically valuable proteins, minerals and water. Fruits, fruit juices (orange and lemon) and fresh fruit, especially one that can be eaten as raw (lettuce, carrots, kohlrabi) have a very favorable effect on physical fitness. Between the competitions, it should be given certain amount inactive yeast, that is an natural concentrate of vitamins from the group of B-complex and simple sugars that are easily and quickly proceed. It is recommended that honey or glucose should be given 20-30 minutes before the competition or active training, to make a reserve of sugar in the blood and muscles, which will be for quick restoration of energy, and as reserve for the muscle cells. This measure is necessary for long-distance runners and marathon runners.

During the period of resting, the daily amount of food that should be used, should be divided in three to five meals. In the active period, the foods must provide not only the necessary amount of energy, building blocks and protective substances and water, but must be so selected and prepared to avoid the interference in the digestive organs, like foods that are easily digestible and does not create gas during the processing. It is essential that on the day of the contest, the food intake should be at least 2-3 hours before the competition, and is recommended to be only one meal with a higher calorific value but less volume and weight, 4-5 hours before competition.
Aggressive reducing of the body weight through the limitation or even excluding or reduction of the food and water, combined with enhanced sweating in the sauna, or violent increasing  in weight gaining by increasing of the intake of salt and water in the body, are measures that are applied in a sport where is essential the weight of the athlete, for the classification according the body weight, for example in boxing. However, these violent measures are affecting negatively for the functional and competitive ability, so they shouldn't be applied.
In young athletes, in which the process of growth and development is not completed, one of the best indicators of the validity of nutrition is constantly increasing of the body weight and proper height growth, the healthy organism and optimal functional ability. However, in mature athletes, the proper nutrition is reflecting as constancy of body weight, normal health and the normal function. These are the signs that balance is achieved between energy demand and quantity and biological value of food they consume. 
We can say that during the making of the athletes diet we should be looking for the next food properties:
  - virtually none of the foods are or would be contraindicated, and none of the foods are with great beneficial effect on the ability of the competitors.
  - If the food is properly balanced, and all the nutrients are taken by the food, then, the athletes do not have the need for intake of the synthetic nutrients and vitamins.
  - Drinks that increase physical activity and are stimulating the brain centers (coffee, tea, cocoa), can be taken in moderate quantities. All other chemical stimulators are prohibited.

CHANGES

Change your life and start living. I've changed my life the moment I've released that I don't like the way my life is taking so I have analyzed what I have done, and what I wanted to do. When I saw that I have lost my direction in my life and I've started to live someone else's life, I've stopped. I took all the things in my hands and made all the things as I wanted.
People from my surroundings wanted to take me back on my old tracks, not because they envy me, but from fear that I will start to liv my life, and for once in my life to be happy. They wanted me to be unhappy, because, if I will become happy, it mean that they also can be happy. But they are living in their comfort zone of false happiness, and they are afraid if they do something they will lost their comfort zone, but they don't want to see that in that comfort zone they do not live. So everyone that is trying to do something with their life is a danger to them, because their picture for the comfort zone will collapse.
When you begin with something that will make big leap in your life, everyone, even the close ones is talking to you that this is not for you, you have not the capability for that thing, you will be losing all the money that you have invested etc. They are thinking that they are helping you, but they will never know that they need your help, and they also need to change.
When I've started to work with herbalife, many people wanted to give me an "good" advice, to work my job and to be secured with job that have future. I've tried to tell them that I can make better business with herbalife, but they are telling me that I have gone mad, that I will lose everything, not to full around because others will be making jokes with me and lot of things. I have learned that you must listen to the people that had succeeded to fulfill their dreams, not the people that has stopped chasing their dreams.
So I have started to live my life the way I liked, and to work the work that I wanted to work. I want to live my life the way that I will help others to make their health better, and to help others to earn the amount of money they want.
So if someone want to enter in herbalife for health or for money, I will tell them it is the right choice and its going to be unbelievable, together with me, we are going to be winners, I'm going to show everyone and I'm going to train everybody to become leader, and help to fulfill their dreams and goals.

How to be in great health

The road toward great health
After decades of researches, modern medicine has came to an conclusion that the cause of 70% of  diseases of modern man are food related. Improper diets, especially, the wrong choices and wrong combination of foods, are causing in the human body processes that affect the physical and spiritual health of man. Many diseases are caused by deficient nutrition, and inadequate intake of essential nutrients, mainly vitamins and minerals.
It is necessary for us to take more than 114 nutrients daily for normal functioning of our organism and for good health: carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals, water. 
The food groups in which most of the nutrients are found are found in fruits and vegetables, bread and cereals, milk and milk products, meat and fats, and legumes.
In a completely useless and even harmful foods are all sweetened carbonated drinks or soft drinks, especially coca cola, then chips, all artificial sweets and similar products.
The greatest problem of modern mankind is in its improper diet and its excessive intake of sugar, using  to fat and salty food, not enough time for preparing of food, especially cooking, and lack of quality meals made of vegetables, that are used for intake of complex carbohydrate, neglect and ignorance about the value and necessity of consuming and using of the food as raw, especially fruits and vegetables, consuming of white flour that with poor nutrient content, using of white sugar instead of natural sweeteners, insufficient intake of seeds - almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, sunflower, tickles, sesame, peanuts with which we take the essential fats etc. Production of artificial food, chemical and pesticide usage in particular contribute to the emergence and development of diseases of modern times.
Fats and grease are securing the necessary fatty acids for growth and calories that provide energy for our body. However, excessive intake of fats creates excess calories that the body is depositing in the form of fat - the fat is causing obesity, cardiovascular problems, stroke and cancer.
It is important to know that 1 g of fat = 7,5 calories, and usually says:
- Fat remains on the plate for 3 seconds,
- In the mouth for 30 seconds,
- In the stomach 30 minutes
- In the arteries for 30 years.
According to the regulations of the World Health Organization, fat in the children diet for the daily use must not exceed 30%. In adults, especially the older one, the percentages of the fat should be reduced to a minimum, and to take the foods that provide normal functioning of the organism and minimum intake of trans fats . The especially harmful fats are the fats of animal origin.
Foods containing a high percentage of fat: butter, cheese, mayonnaise, fried potatoes, oil, drinks, whole milk, salad dressing, chocolate, ice cream, nuts, sweets.
It is recommended to take a GI, purified butter, vegetable fat in moderate quantities and food which does not contain fat, but it the provides the body with protein, energy and calories needed: leguminous vegetables, corn, potatoes, cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, peppers, apples , pears, rice, bread, wholemeal pasta, skim milk, yogurt.

Besides the choices that we are making for the foods, also it is important how the food is prepared: Instead of fried and baked on grease and oil, it is better the food to be stewed, cook and cook on the GI or the cold pressed oil, with a little water. The meal will be healthier and tastier, not just in terms of our habits, but also by the awareness and attitude towards the food and the health of our body.

Sugars are used by the body for fast production of energy, and if it is large quantities our bodies produce fat. In most of the times with the so called junk food we are taking simple carbohydrates, that are quickly absorbed and they increase the amount of sugar in the blood, and they are triggering the mechanism of quick insulin reaction, and the amounts that can not be used as energy, are immediately deposed as fats, and this sugars do not stay long in the blood, so this is the energy of short duration, and we again are filling the hunger, and for that reason we are taking all day mainly sugar, and we are  filling so tired and exhausted. This is the main reason for the occurrence of obesity (because the excess sugar in the body turns to fat), then, tooth decay, high blood pressure, leading to the destruction of calcium (disability and deformities) and other diseases.
1 g of sugar = 4 calories.
In order to prevent excessive intake of sugar, we should avoid sweets, canned fruit, ice cream, jelly, chocolate and creams, pudding, cakes, pies, bread and pasta. We should be taking a fresh fruit (before meals), unsweetened natural juices and natural unsweetened jams and compotes. It is important to reduce the amount of sugar in recipes, and completely exclude the white sugar. As a replacement to use malt (barley malt), natural honey, dried fruit (grapes, plums, figs, apricots, dates), carob and brown sugar and yellow sugar.
It is especially important to avoid food that contains "hidden sugar", which are primarily sweetened carbonated drinks with Coca-wheel in the first place, then, chocolate milk, cream, candy, various pastries, pies etc.
Excessive intake of sugar leads to an imbalance in the body, inertia, apathy and constant need for sugar.


Salt is regulating the fluids in the body, more precisely, in the cells  and around them or it is regulating the exchange of the nutrients and waste.

Salt should be taken in moderate quantities, not more than 3 grams daily. Recommended taking the soy sauce, sea salt or Himalayan.
Excessive amounts of salt causes high blood pressure, stroke, heart problems, kidney disease and swelling of the whole organism, because it binds with water.
All natural food contains a certain amount of salt, and if it is prepared properly, the meal can retains the salt, minerals and vitamins. Because of that we do not need to add additional salt to the food. The salt is hidden and it is found in many products.
The hidden sources of salt are: soup cubes, spices, sauces ready meal, pickles and other pickle vegetables, olives, salted biscuits, peanut butter, baking soda, baking powder, medicines.
In order to avoid excessive intake of the salt, it is necessary to accustom the body to small amounts. Reduce salt added during food preparation, minimize the use of semi-finished and finished food and feed, reduce the amount of spices, cheese, we should be using raw foods or frozen vegetables, which in itself already contains some quantities of salt and minerals.
Maybe I'm repeating some facts, but I must tell them because those are very important facts, and those are life changing facts. If everyone is knowing how easy is to live healthy, and how easy is to change your life, you will be everyday looking for some new way to improve your life and your habits. I'm changing my life on everyday basis and I'm trying to improve the lives of the people that are around me,

Story of my life

I am normal man with normal needs. I'm working in my family business well over 12 years. My life was mess and I couldn't know how to make things better.
Last year in August I touched the bottom of all bottoms. I've spending a lot of money and I don't have money to buy anything for my children, because all the money where going for food, my weight was "huge" like I knew to say, I even can not tie the shoe ties, I was eating once a day, starting in the morning and finishing in the evening. I become 125 kilograms, and everything around me was falling apart. Then in my life entered Herbalife and changed everything. I started to feed properly. That was the beginning, with healthy nutrition along side name and my psychological change, I've stopped to be selfish and I have start to look after others. Little by little, with Herbalife I have known positive people that have told their stories, and those stories started to change me deep inside and to motivate me. The beginning of this year is very good, but the situation has not been changed a lot, and the main reason that I was feeling great was that I have changed, and I am not longer the person from 6 months ago. I've lost weight. For 1 month I have lost 3 kilos, and 4 kilos of fat. I've met lot of positive people and also started to help others. Everyone has noticed that I was changing, and the changes was going on the fast lane. Everyone wanted to know my secret. Than, trying to help others, Herbalife start to pay me for helping others, and for talking to other people about the products.
My first month I earned about 50 euros, second month I earned 50 euros in one day, and today I'm earning around 3000 euros a month. My goal till the end of this year is to earn 10000 euros a month, and I know that is going to be, just like I projected. I have learn lessons for the life on harder way, and I know that when I could do this everyone can. I've lost 14 kilos and 18 kilos of fat, I dropped 4 numbers, and now I can wear my cloths from 10 years ago, and I have solved my problem with high blood pressure and chronic gastritis.
This is good for my health and it is not the main reason that I have changed. The greatest changes of all was that I become better person, caring, loving, stopped to look only for me, helping other. If I have not changed my character, everything would be in vain and every change that  I had made would last until I lost interest or I have to do something "better". I found something that I going to work all my life, and I'm going to learn my 3 children how to be better persons, not to be just man who is fighting to live this cruel world. I will show them the right way, only thing they need to do is, to start living their lives the best way for them, and to peruse only their dreams, and their wishes and I will give them the right tool for that HERBLIFE the greatest opportunity in the world for healthy live and for business.

I hope that this my story will give the bust to someone else to start changing their life too, or just to make it better, I'm always here for everyone, and I will help to anyone who is wanting help. I will be here .
My wish for you is to start to live your life the way you want, not the way others are telling you, and to be brave and to have the strength to challenge all the problems on the way toward your dreams.

Healing powers of the vegetables

Vegetables are the base of the food that we must intake in our body. From to amounts of the vegetables that is taken with every meal, is determining the condition of our body to oppose the diseases. The vegetables are rich in the nutrients like vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, also called the helping nutrients.  Yes this nutrients help our body to fulfill it functions, and they help the body to finish the chemical processes, but without them the body will not be able to make the processes and it would be manifested as an a disease. The immunity of the body will be compromised and it would not be capable to endure the infectious attacks, from the viruses, bacterias and parasites.
The modern man quick and stressful life is more worsening the situation, because they do not eat vegetables enough, and the stress is destroying the vitamins more, so our organism is more susceptible
for any outer impact.
   Immune system is depending from vitamins and minerals
A high percentage of complex carbohydrates in vegetables are classifying the vegetables as energy-high quality food, full with an enzymes, vitamins, minerals, proteins, and vegetables are builders of cells responsible for the body's metabolism.
Vegetables have a therapeutic effect and it is important that you consume it on a daily bases. It is best to be taken raw, in the form of salads, squeezed  vegetables as mushy or juice, then gently steamed in the small amount of water and boiled not long, just to retain all the nutrients.
Vegetables are good to be combined with all other foods (grains, proteins, fats, etc.) except with the fruit, so it is advisable not to mix the fruits and vegetables when we are preparing foods, especially fruit juices. The exceptions from this rule are tomatoes and cucumbers, due to its high water content, and can be taken with fruit. 

Tomatoes arrived in Europe after the discovery of America. Tomatoes are among the biologically most valuable vegetables. It has an extremely high percentage of water, vitamins and minerals, especially vitamin C (such as lemon and orange) and carotene that produces vitamin A, and vitamin B, E, K, PP. It is rich in minerals and consisted of potassium (250-300 mg), sodium, magnesium, calcium and iron. Known for its low calorific value, can be taken at any time and combined with each food.
Therapeutic properties of tomato: strengthens resistance and immunity, cough and lung diseases, urinary tract, lowers high blood pressure, good for improving digestion, treated diabetes, liver disease, rheumatism, helps expel fluid from the body.

Cucumber was used in the Himalayas 5000 years ago. It is extremely rich in vitamins and minerals (400 mg), in particular, contains potassium (141 mg), then, calcium, phosphorus, sodium, iodine, manganese and iron.

Cabbage is very important ingredients in the diet. Harvesting time is from May to November. Grown as a white cabbage and red cabbage, which is better. It is best to be used raw or like sauerkraut , because, during cooking it is losing its most valuable nutrients. And can be harmful for us if it is fried or fry in fat or oil.

Pepper came to Europe from South America, and because of its remarkable properties is also known as food, and as medicine,and it is used widely as a spice. Therapeutic properties of pepper: it is used against atherosclerosis (especially the hot peppers, because capsicin, the alkaloid that is give the pepper its hotness, is destroying the cholesterol and fat deposits on the blood vessels wall ), sore throat and inflammation of the skin, hair loss, fevers, improves digestion, expanding capillaries, stimulates the appetite and relieves hangovers.

Carrots belong to the group of vegetables with the higher curable potential, and it known also as a little natural pharmacy. The most valuable ingredient in the carrot is carotene, which is precursor of provitamin A. All red fruits and vegetables is containing the carotene, but most known is carrot. Besides carotene, carrot is rich in minerals and vitamins, and its composition is essential oils, proteins, cellulose, starch and sugar, pectin, mucilage, glutamine, inositol, potassium and other minerals. From vitamins, most present vitamins are of B complex vitamins, vitamin D, vitamin PP vitamin and vitamin E and H.

Parsley is used as a medicinal herb in folk medicine and also is used as a spice and food, because we can use the roots and the leaves. Healing properties of parsley: Used to improve circulation to the problems of the urinary tract (tea) for sedation of nerves, to eliminate bloated, pain reliever, for the purification of blood, and helps produce red blood cells, is beneficial for the elimination of fever, sore eyes, kidney disease, sun spots and liver spots on the skin, for insect bites, stings and heart problems. 

Beetroots  origin is from the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. It is believed that one of the most useful and most curable foods. It is rich in carbohydrates, proteins and fats, and contains almost all minerals: potassium (336 mg), calcium, sodium (86 mg), magnesium, betaine and betanin, phosphorus, iron, copper, manganese, bromine, sulfur, iodine ... and vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin BI2, vitamin C and vitamin A.
Therapeutic properties of beetroot: basic curative properties of this plant are betanin and betaine, which jointly responsible for accelerating the exchange of elements, maintenance of blood vessels, regulating blood pressure, reduce cholesterol, stimulation of the liver. Due to its composition, beetroot is acting as anticancer element, and it is also beneficial for the prevention of cancer and leukemia, atherosclerosis, its curing flue, low blood pressure, lowers cholesterol, affects the nerves and brain, beetroot purifies the blood and affects the formation of red blood cells, its use slows down aging and it is excellent in protection against radioactivity and radiation.

Celery has been used in ancient Egypt. Today is known as food, spice and medicine.We use the root and the leaf. It is very rich because it contains limonene, essential oils, fatty oils, as well as apina, asparagine, choline, tyrosine, pentosan, sugars and fats. In addition, it contains proteins, carbohydrates, cellulose, calcium, sodium (77 mg), potassium (321 mg), phosphorus (80 mg).
Therapeutic properties of celery: It is using as a cure for asthma, for nerves, for urinary tract, catarrh, for lung, kidney remedy, remedy for rheumatism and cure for gout. The proper fruit and vegetables preparation

In order to maintain the maximum amounts of nutrients in the food, it's important that during the preparation of food you preserve certain rules:
Fruits and vegetables should be washed thoroughly before approaching further processes - peeling, cutting, cooking and more.
If you want to retain vitamins B and C, the food must not be sinked in the water. The vegetables and fruits should be washed, before peeling in order to eliminate vibration and dirt, that would otherwise be transferred to the part that is eaten, and then peel, cleaned and re-washed. Vitamins are organic substances necessary for normal functioning of our bodies. Every process in the body like growth, regulation of metabolism, vigor, activity and good health is directly connected and led by the vitamins. The vitamins are the main catalysts of the processes that our body is constantly doing for normal functioning. The lack of even one vitamin can endanger the entire human body. Vitamins are one of the six basic nutrients, such as the carbohydrates, fats, proteins, minerals and water. These substances are essential for energy, functioning of the organs and tissues, feed utilization and proper cell growth.
Vitamins are labeled from A to U, and their assimilation and effect in the body is directly linked to a specific minerals. Six basic minerals that our body needs and it is necessary for normal functioning are: calcium, iodine, iron, magnesium, phosphorus and zinc, and essential minerals are: biotin, chlorine, chromium, copper, potassium, niacin, selenium. Vitamins and minerals act combined, and without  the minerals the body can't use any vitamin. Vitamins are natural substances that are naturally found in different kind of foods. The needs of our bodies for each of the vitamins are different,so we need to take a diverse kind of food, to fulfill our needs for vitamins and minerals, or like it is said lately we have to eat food full of colors.

IMPROPER DIET AND DISEASES

Diseases caused by improper diet

Along coming with the stress, with what has modern humanity faced last decades, one of the main causes of the extremely large number of diseases are, above all, improper diet. Among the most widespread disease of modern times are:
- Obesity 
- Diabetes

In addition with the improper nutrition, the occurrence and development of these diseases also is affected by both excessive and uncontrolled chemicals, that is used in the process of growing and processing food.

Obesity is defined as the increase in body weight in relation to ideal weight by 15%. That means, if the ideal weight is 50 kg, and a person has a body weight of 57.5 kg, this person is considered obese. Working abilities of an obese person is decreased from 20-60%, with what it becomes a problem with great significance for the society.

Diabetes mellitus - Diabetes  occurs due to lack of insulin in the body, which is produced in the pancreas gland. Insulin ensures that the sugar, as nutrient, is reaching every cell in the body, and the cells gain the energy needed for the functioning of the organism. As the main causes of diabetes are considered as stress and obesity

High blood pressure - hypertension occurs when the heart is unable to carry out the normal functioning of blood and oxygen to the tissues and organs, due to obstacles that arise in the arteries. Overcoming the resistance, the heart due to narrowness of the blood vessels, brittleness, stiffness and reduced elasticity of veins and arteries, stress the heart and eventually lead to a weakening of the ebbing of the heart muscle. Hypertension is the cause for many diseases of modern mankind, which shorten human life, and high blood pressure also got the name "silent killer". The main causes of these diseases are obesity (conditioned by improper diet), smoking, alcohol and coffee, psychic tension, lack of movement and physical activity, occupational overwork, worry, conflict, lack of rest, and genetic factors. The most common symptoms are headaches in the region of the neck, restlessness, drowsiness, dizziness, tinnitus, and a loss of sight.

Atherosclerosis is one of the most common consequence of high blood pressure, and occurs when high blood pressure is not treated, so it is resulting with a loss of elasticity of the walls of arteries. Fat that normally circulate in the body, more quickly is pushed into the blood vessel walls  and can be compared with rust formed on the iron. Fats, especially by animal origin, and other external factors, is affecting the formation rate of these deposits.

Heart attack occurs when there is a blockage of arteries supplying the heart with blood and no blood flow in to the heart muscle. When it comes to a complete stop of blood flow to the heart or its individual parts, then the results is damage or complete destruction of heart muscle.

Stroke is also a consequence of high blood pressure, because there losing of the elasticity and a hardening of cerebral vessels. This is most common at men between the 46th and 55 year. First, it is manifested as dull pain in the head, then dizziness, and even insomnia, general malaise, the emergence of pessimism and depression.From ten thousand people between 45 and 46 years of age that had stroke, 1000 die, or 10%.


Cancer occurs when normal cell division stops, and the cells are dividing without pattern, and the whole cell change it structure and functionality that the cells are not longer capable to do their normal function. It is important to detect disease at an early stage of formation, while the changes are not extended to the other parts or the body. There is a very large number of different types of cancer. Some researchers believe that cancer occurs due to large intake of protein in the body by the food, and that it is made so called body in to the body, that is using all the food only for the growing of the cancer, so the health part of the body is having troubles to maintain the functionality due the increased nutrient usage by the fast growing cancer cells. Proper nutrition has a major impact on reducing the incidence of this disease.

Caries occurs primarily as a result of excessive sugar intake. The carbohydrates, bacteria and plaque deposits,  attack tooth enamel and cause cavities. It is also important to know that taking sugar and carbohydrates accelerates the changes of the tooth enamel, and that is why we should not give to the children sweets and artificial drinks. Tooth brushing and oral hygiene reduces the risk of caries.

Allergies occur as a result of embrittlement of the body and inability to confront the modern pollutants, chemicals, artificial production in all spheres of life. They are very widespread and common in all age groups and age categories. Especially is increased in children. Also its relation with diet is significant, because of the level of immunity of the organism following the malnutrition, is very big. When with the food we take all the nutrients that our body needs, there is a lot of cases that the allergies where cured. Also the disease that is widely spreading among the children, and the people that have a long history of allergies is ASTHMA or bronchial allergic asthma.

Anemia occurs due to the reduced number of red blood cells or the number of molecules of hemoglobin. Usually it is as a consequences due to a lack of iron or folic acid in the body, and also vitamins B6 and B12 and copper can cause it, but less often. Common symptoms are: fatigue, malaise, lack of energy, trouble concentrating, no ability to warm their hands and feet, susceptibility to infection and disease development due to embrittlement of the organism. More common in women than in men, particularly in the transitional era.

Degenerative diseases like allergies, are diseases caused by excessive use of the chemicals and pollution of the environment, the food, air and etc. Significant increase of these diseases are noticeable the places where is used the chemicals for food production and processing. The degenerative diseases are more expressed in younger children and children of school age.

Acidity levels of our bodies (pH factor) is one of the most widespread, little known, hidden diseases of the modern mankind, which causes increases, and many of the above mentioned problems. Particularly affects of the occurrence of persistent and very durable - Candida albicans. The concept of pH factor has been known for thousands of years, and it is based on the theory that human health is directly related to and it depends on the level of acidity - alkalinity to the body. If the body is too acidic, or there is no balance, then there is a disorders that are manifested in the form of a large number of diseases. In determining the state of the body, urine saliva and blood is being tested. The optimum pH of the morning urine and saliva is 7.0, while of the blood is from 7.3 to 7.4. Everything below that point is considered as a metabolic acidity. If the urinary pH value is below 6.4, then the body can not use the vitamins, minerals and other nutrients. The most common symptoms of acidity of the body are: acne, muscle aches, fatigue, joint pain, anxiety and depression, constipation, a strong smell of urine, white tongue, difficulties in the morning and feeling tired. Stronger symptoms are: depression, memory loss, loss of concentration, sweating, susceptibility to an bacterial infection (staphylococcus and streptococcus), sinusitis, fungal infections (Candida, athlete's foot), cystitis, stronger hair fall, Diarrhea, Allergies, spinal pain, a strong need for sweets, inability to lose excess pounds.
Foods that cause the increase of alkalinity in the body (must be  represented with 80% of food intake of the daily diet): water, vegetables - cabbage, celery, potatoes, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, beets, broccoli, beans, onions, spinach, lettuce, green beans, peas, fruit - apples, apricots, blackberries, cherries, strawberries, tangerines, pears, peaches, lemons, melons, oranges, pineapple, grapes, grapefruit, raspberry, then, almonds, millet, malteks, dried figs, urme, raisins. 
Foods that cause the increase in acidity of the body: all kinds of meat and fish, all kinds of bread and flour, all kinds of spaghetti and macaroni, milk products (butter, yogurt, cheese), all types of grains except millet, all types of lenses, dry peas, all types of seeds except almonds and tickles, all kinds of sugar, chocolate, biscuits, honey, eggs, yeast, plums, pumpkins, olive oil, all kinds of rice, all kinds of soft and alcoholic drinks, all kinds of corn chips and snacks. 
If any of the symptoms mentioned above are more pronounced, it is necessary to immediately begin with the choosing of foods, solely with alkaline effects, and after two weeks, the effects are visible, which is manifested by the weakening or even disappearance of some symptoms.
