Health and future are in our hands.

In this time of quick living and stress, lot of people don't look on what they are eating, and they just put something in their mouth, to calm their hunger. The first thing that they give to them is sugars, lot of sugars, and others don't eat till they get home.
This is what is happening with the body of the people that has a different food habits.
The conclusion of this picture is that we must give our bodies all the nutrients to function well and to keep the energy on the optimal level.
Our body is a big and complex factory for making energy. So if you want to function with no problems you must fuel it up with a high quality fuel not with junk. First and most important meal is a breakfast, with the breakfast you are giving the fuel to the body to start the day with all the energy that our body need. In the mornings our body has spend all the nutrients from the day before. If we compare our body with the car, in the morning our body looks like a car with empty tank, and if you try to go on a longer road what do you think where can you go? Nowhere.
That is the same with our body, but when you don't get the fuel, our body start eating the muscles, not the fat, and when you are eating, because you have starved, all the energy our body is transforming into a fat. That is why the people that eat only once a day gain weight, because all the food they get the body transform it in to a fat. And your body is tired. You are filling like you have been working for a days, and you have not had rest. When you get up from a bad you are more tired then before you have went to sleep. That is all as consequence of the bad eating habits, not having 3 main meals and 2 additional meals ( snacks ). If you have the 5 meals and you are including 1 or 2 meals with low calories and high nutrients.
This is an example that nothing is definitely, in just 28 month he has lost 181kg.

And that meal is the future of the healthy diet, of a diet where you can eat everything and be healthy in the same time, and you can have the body structure and shape that you ever want and dream about. Look for your health now when you can steel make a difference, not when you are going to loose your health, and then you must change your habits. Why wait when you can do it today? Why wait when everything is in your hand? Why wait when health is in your hand? Start acting, start living healthy and make something good for you, because no one will be doing anything for you.
