Women after 30 easier gain weight

The scientist proved that with the body of the women after 30th two things happened. It is a good note, but I think that the scientist are not telling that after 30 women or man, never mind, is not old, but is entering in other condition, where the metabolism of the body is changing. Aging is a process where all the processes in our body is decreasing and they slowly begin to lose their purpose, and after a wile they are shutting down completely. But this is not the case after 30 years. After 30 our bodies are entering the condition of balanced living, because every process of growing up and building is stopping, and the process of continuously maintenance of the condition of the body is taking place. That mean that our body is needing less nutrients then before, and all processes are calibrated that with less energy, to make a more job done for us. This period is about 30 years, and after that, depending on our relationship that we have to our body,we may make it for the next 10 years, or we can shorten that time for also 10 years, the aging is starting, and all the processes in the body is slowing down. That is why is saying that after 30 everything is changing
