Become a winner

Losing is easy for choosing, but hard for living

The dreams may be unreachable only if you fear from a failure. 
Do not fear from a failure, because, when you set your goal, whole universe will conspire to make it happened. Leaving your dreams is easy, especially when all the things around you are bad, but the real spirit is to see the light in the dark and to make your dreams real, and to start living your dreams. There is no substitute for leaving your dreams, regret will came to you sooner or later, but then you can do nothing. 
Start your journey and became a winner, do not be afraid from the failing, because the more you fail, the bigger the success will be after your getting up. That is why you must never give up. Giving up is easy, but living with the consequences of the quitting is hard.
How hard it may feel, don't give up. The price is around the corner, and it is said that the darkest hour is before the down. 
Live your life the way you like, do not make an compromises with your life. Every compromise will bring you the disappointments later in your life, and at the end you will regret why you even have not tried to make something toward meeting your dreams.

Healthy eating

Who ever is the father of the disease, the mother is always the food

From all the external factors that are affecting on our good or bad health, food is most significant. Today is well known that insufficient, polluted, and not well processed food, quicker or slower is destroying our health.
The healthy diet is condition for good functioning of the body. Healthy food makes a lot of deep and intensive processes, that is organizing our inner balance, and every tissue is working perfectly, with a smallest amount of energy all the processes are finished. 
    Healthy diet is opposite from the unhealthy diet, and the consequences from the unbalanced and unhealthy food, are making damage to the body, and it is manifested as acute or chronic diseases, and use a lot of energy to make the balance in the organs and the tissue. Usually we do not change our eating habits when we are ill, and this is also very demanding for our body, because, our body must generate the missing nutrients, and it is using all the resources, and for that the healing process is very slowed down, and the total healing, in most of the cases, is not achieved. So our bodies are worn out from continuos fight with this condition of disease, so it is a matter of time when is going to make irreversible changes in our body, and those conditions are very hard to back to normal, or it is impossible to do anything.
   Usually when we come to this stadium, there is no help. 
Healthy food is the main condition for the diseases not to show, and in the ill people, easier to heal the diseases, even if the diseases is not only caused by bad nutrition, and other diseases are easily healed with a healthy food included in the curing process. 
Mass diseases caused by unhealthy or improper diet is resulting with reduced working ability, and all this is leading to great loses, witch are reflecting to the standard of living. Namely, because they are sick, people work less, and continuing with the bad eating habits, the possibility is greater for emergence of other new disease caused with bad diet.
Proper nutrition means, proper use of the nutrients and the food needed by our body, food must have pleasant flavor. We must eat a lot of vegetables, milk, eggs, fish and lean meat. It must be well thermally processed and most of the food best is to be used raw.  
Food must be fresh, and it is a basic principle of a healthy eating.
   Milk and milk products are the main ingredient of the healthy food. Healthy food intake means half a liter of milk or milk products per day.
There are 3 ways of healthy diets in the world.
 1. Mixed way of diet witch takes all the products from animal and vegetable origin.
 2. Vegetarian diet, where from the products from animal origin are present only milk and milk products and eggs.
 3. Vegan diet, where is present only vegetables and no animal products are used. This diet must be used under doctors surveillance, and with adding an essential nutrients, that our body needs, and are not present in the vegetables or the fruits.

My Perfect day

As I have telling you, today I'm going to tell you about my perfect day, or how I feed my self.

WELLNESS AND PERFECT FOOD

I'm starting my day with early start and I give to my body all that it needs. First thing that I'm doing is drinking a water with a multivitamins and herb fibers. Everybody must take a 1 litter of water per 25 kilograms of bodyweight a day. Multivitamins are made from dehydrated fruits and vegetables. During the dehydration heat is not used, that is why all the vital nutrients are keep in the product. The herbal fiber are from herbs and the oats bran that made the piling of the intestinal villus. This is needed because, when we eat the food rich in fats, the fats are hugs the villus and the nutrients are just passing true the intestines, and they are thrown out from the body without being used by. 
My healthy breakfast, for the last 4 month is a supplemented meal from the Herbalife Formula1 shake. 
  Now I'm swing that every other meal is supplementary except Formula1 shake, because my body is not function well as it function with the shake. That shake has make a lot of changes i n my body, and bring my metabolism in the normal. My chronic gastritis is gone, my high pressure is past and final I can eat everything that I want without limiting my self with anything. The shake is with more flavors, that can fit anyone,  and it is made with 250 ml of milk, yoghurt, juice or water, and two measures of shake, with the total weight of 26 grams. For richer meal you can put the fruit or protein powder to increase the nutritional value of the shake. 
This healthy breakfast is keeping me eaten for 3 hours.
3 hours after the healthy breakfast is healthy snack.
Dependently how are your needs for the healthy snacks, you may be needed to take the proteins or the healthy snack is must be without the proteins included in. How can you tell, what kind of health snack you need. Let me tell you.
If you have a lot of fats, or you have to gain a weight, you are needing the protein healthy snack, but if you are little overweight, then you don't need protein healthy snack
If you don't need protein healthy snacks, than you should eat the fruits and vegetables. But if you need and protein intake, you can use the yoghurt, or ham, but best healthy meal is Herbalife protein bar with only 140 kcal, and 3 flavors ( lemon, vanilla and almond, and chocolate and peanuts ). This healthy snacks are also good for the people that is having big problems with eating sweets, because they are with low calories and high in proteins, 10 grams of proteins per bar. 
This healthy snack is filling me up for the next 3 hours.
3 hours after the healthy snack, it is time for the lunch. 
Its 2 way you should choose the way of your healthy lunch. If you are busy, than you should made another shake and to fill you up with energy, or you can have a normal healthy lunch with your family. 
The usual plate should be 22 cm and it has to be colorful. 
 This is the usual plate that we should eat. It is recommended by the WHO. You can analyze it but in the end lines it is only important that we must enter the right amount of the nutrients that our body needs. And if you combine that with the low calories input you are gaining only health and all the metabolic disorders, will be diminishing slowly. In no time you will notice that your health is going on a new level and the your life is changing only for better.
This will keep you filled up for the next 3 hours.
After 3 hours you must take the second healthy snack, and it must be taken the same way you are needing, with or without the needs of proteins. 
And the 12 hours of feeding is finished with the healthy dinner. The healthy dinner must be, if you have a normal healthy lunch, you will have a shake healthy dinner, or if you had a healthy shake lunch you will have normal healthy dinner with all the food you like, like we seek before.

That is the my perfect day that is make my health perfect and my energy is on the high levels till I go to the bad around the midnight.

I use the herbal tea or also called Thermojetics , to increase my energy level and to take the water that I need.

 That is my perfect day, and this day is repeating me for the last 4 month, and it will be repeating for the rest of my lifetime, because it has changed my life for the better and it make me healthier  person.
Until now for 4 month I have lost 10 kilograms of weight, and I have lost 14 kilos of fat, or 4 kilos of fat has been transferred to muscle.

Food is our cure

How we are eating

We are under everyday pressure, and under heavy stress, so we forget to eat and we are forgetting to pick the right food for us. We are eating a lot of fast food or like it is said junk food. We are filling us with junk. Our body needs energy for fuel, and if we eat food rich in nutrients, our body will function perfectly. But ordinary, and 80% of the people are living the same way, we are eating only sugars, and we exhaust our bodies.
Lot of sugars, proteins, and fats, but no vitamins, minerals and other micronutrients that our body needs for normal functioning, are missing from this meal, and long therm deficit of this micronutrients, are making changes in the bodies that in time are leading to diseases. Usually we eat, I'm speaking from my experience, once a day, around 17 or 18 o'clock when we back from the work. We eat huge amounts of food, because, we are so hungry, we can not feel when to stop eating. When we stop eating we are feeling that we are overrated. We have sleeping problems, we can not rest well, because, our body is trying to process the food, and it is using a lot of energy. That is why we are feeling in the morning like we had worked all night, and our energy level is very low.
Our eating habits are very bad, and in different people are different, someone have breakfast, some not, some eat vegetables and fruits, some not, some eat meat, some not. But et the end very small number of people know what they should eat and know when they need to eat.

I have learned how to eat, and I'm filling great, I'm eating 5 times a day I eat 180 grams of proteins and I'm taking all the main and micronutrients and i have lost in 4 month 10 kilos of bodyweight and I have lost 14 kilos of body fat. I have energy for 48 hours, I solved the problem with my chronic gastritis, I solved the problem with high pressure, I solved the problem with my health.
So it is easy to make a brake trough in your life, it is easy to change your life, it is easy to make your life better.
How we are going to eat

This is your day plan of meals.
First you have to drink lot of water, you have to drink 1 liter of water on every 25 kilograms of body weight. That is optimal for our body to make perfect circulation and distribution of the nutrients and taking off toxins from our body.
During the night our body is distributing all the nutrients and are filling all the gaps where they have been made during the day before. In the morning the nutrients reserves are very low. 
You have to have the breakfast in the first hour. That breakfast must have all the 114 nutrients, that our body needs, our body must take at least 20 grams of proteins for breakfast. You have to use food with low insulin coefficient and with polysaccharides that are not easily dissolvable, that is important because the level of the sugar in the blood is slowly increasing,  but it will not cause insulin reaction, that will make a process of fat deposition. 
After 3 hours you have to have snack, if you have lot of fats, you have to use protein snacks ( yoghurt, milk with some fruits, cheese, ham, ) or , fruits and vegetables if you don't  need for proteins.
3 hours after the snack, if you are having a time you should have a lunch, normal lunch with at least 50 grams of proteins. 
Second snack is 3 hours after the lunch and it is same like in the first snack.
And 3 hours after second snack is coming the dinner. Dinner is with at least 30 grams of proteins. 
The feeding process should be finished in the 12 hours time line. This is how is our body designed and how we must take care of our body.
We must feed like babies if we like to live long and prosperous, and all the diseases will be away from us.

Obesity, rock on our neck that is going to sink us

People with heart disease with fat deposits in the abdominal region, have a twice as more chances to die from heart attack than the people that their fats are deposited equally over the body.
Team of scientist leaded by Francisco Lopes-Jimenes have analyzed the data from the 5 different studies on over 16.000 patients all over the world, with have survived the heart attack.
Lopez-Jimenez said that the scientist wanted to know how it would be the health status of the patients, depending on where are the fat deposited over the body.
-We have discovered that the patients with a bigger fat deposits around the stomach are exposed to a risk of death from 25 until 70 percents, compared to the patients that had normal level of fat in the body, said Lopez-Jimenez.
Overweight are directed to the heart diseases long time ago, but they are still clueless about why the patients with higher level of fats in the abdomen are increasing the death rate, compared with the patients that had fat deposited all over the body, especially at the but and the legs. Lopez-Jimenez also is adding that the abdominal fats are "metabolically more active", and that is causing increased level of cholesterol in the blood and high blood pressure.
All this factors are important for heart attack, and for the patients that had an heart attack, the situation is going to be even worse.
For luck, experts are saying, this fats are easiest to lost. Some people do this with low calories diet and physical exercise.

Women after 30 easier gain weight

The scientist proved that with the body of the women after 30th two things happened. First, the body start slowly to loose the muscles, around 250 grams a year, what is resulting with lowering the metabolism. Second, the physical activity is minimal as a consequence of having no time and quick way of life.
This is example of the constitution of the body in 64 years old and 40 years old women

For that reason it is recommended that women must exercise, to give the strength to the muscles, and that helps the body to maintain the level of the muscles or even to gain on in order to fasten their metabolism. Only 20 minutes of exercise twice a week will increase the metabolism for 7%. We need little, we do not need to exercise hard, we need to be active and to maintain the right metabolism on the level that is going to burn the calories in the body.
Like it is said in this picture you are going to do it or not, it is all up to you, and the consequences or the benefits it's you that is going to bear.
Every day we choose some path, every day we must be consistent and to choose only that we are decided to do, or in as contrary we are going to loose our identity and we are going to hate our selfs that we have not any character and strength to accomplish our goals and our dreams.
Every our decision is taking us closer toward accomplishing our dreams or it's taking us away from our goals. So be careful in taking your decision, or you will finish in some year and wondering why I haven't accomplish my goals, and why I am living the life I hate.

Obesity new plaque of the 21 century

We are all in a hurry, and we don't have time for us and our children. We neglect our selfs, especially our children, and we miss the moment when our children and we are becoming obese.
We are not even notice that something wrong is happening with us and with our children. When we are start to notice that our health and the health of our children is bad and is getting worse, and we are maybe late for some conditions that are become irreversible or are very difficult to be backed on the previous state of our body.
The WHO are alarming the people that 70 % from all disease are from bad nutrition.
Also our children are the victim of our negligibility and having no time to make them a healthy habits. Like in this chart is shown, obesity is made very easy, and in the matter of months, the things are getting worse.
Some people are proud from this look of their child, but they do not understand that they are the executioners of their health, and that this is not normal. Obesity in whole world is a very big problem, and is becoming an epidemic, because it is affecting of the skills of the working man. The productivity of the obese people is decreased, so the problem of obesity are becoming also the problem of the companies and of the governments. So they are presenting all kind of plans for fight against obesity, nutrition plans and educations what are negative consequences of the overweighting. But all that is futile if the decision for fight is not brought by the one that is need to fight, by the obese people. There are lot of ways that we can make better for them, and to help them fight that battle.

Health and future are in our hands.

In this time of quick living and stress, lot of people don't look on what they are eating, and they just put something in their mouth, to calm their hunger. The first thing that they give to them is sugars, lot of sugars, and others don't eat till they get home.
This is what is happening with the body of the people that has a different food habits.
The conclusion of this picture is that we must give our bodies all the nutrients to function well and to keep the energy on the optimal level.
Our body is a big and complex factory for making energy. So if you want to function with no problems you must fuel it up with a high quality fuel not with junk. First and most important meal is a breakfast, with the breakfast you are giving the fuel to the body to start the day with all the energy that our body need. In the mornings our body has spend all the nutrients from the day before. If we compare our body with the car, in the morning our body looks like a car with empty tank, and if you try to go on a longer road what do you think where can you go? Nowhere.
That is the same with our body, but when you don't get the fuel, our body start eating the muscles, not the fat, and when you are eating, because you have starved, all the energy our body is transforming into a fat. That is why the people that eat only once a day gain weight, because all the food they get the body transform it in to a fat. And your body is tired. You are filling like you have been working for a days, and you have not had rest. When you get up from a bad you are more tired then before you have went to sleep. This is an example that nothing is definitely, in just 28 month he has lost 181kg.

If you want to lead, first learn to follow

 Last night I watched starting episode of the second season series Game of Thrones. I heard very good replica, If you want to lead, you must first learn to follow.
That is the truth that we must learn before everything. If you follow the right way, if you listen to everything that your leader is telling you, if you are trying to do the thinks exactly the way your leader told you, you are on the good way to became brilliant leader. Why?
Because, if you are following the right way, you will learn how to make a relationship with the people in your team. Because you have been in that position you will be easier to recognize the wrong moves that is made by your team members, you will learn how to listen and how to recognize the problem in your team, and how to settle that problem with no or little damage. You must recognize the factor that can ruin your and destroy your team, and to take all the measures to avoid that. You don't need everybody in your team, first the team member must earn its place in the team. You must choose right, and wisely, if you choose just to fill your team with the people, no matter how they are, than your team will fail and will fell apart, your will power after that will diminish and you will also quit, all that just to hurry and to build your team quickly.
Team members must be optimistic, just like you, that is why you must choose the right people, and the right people are the people most similar to your self. That is why you must first learn to follow. When you learn to follow right, than you must learn the team members to follow the right way,  because that way is the true way of making strong leaders in your team. Strong team is the team with the stung leaders. Your obligation is to make first a good follower and to learn as much as possible from your sponsor and mentor.   If you learn more than you can teach more, if you learn good, than you can build your team with quality.
You don't need genie lamp just your 3 wishes to be fulfilled, you can fulfill all your wishes, and the miracle are found only inside our selfs. You will accomplish what you will be ready to do. If you are ready to go all the way true, you will see how the miracles are made, and what dream are made of.
If you learn well as much as possible, and you are not stopping to learn, and you are investing in your self, never to stop wondering the perfection, you will achieve it, not only perfection, and success, and it is only a matter of time.
So to build a good and steady house you must build strong foundation. When you are building the team, in order to make a good and solid team, it must be placed on strong base, only team built on a strong base will rise in strong and well organized company that will give great leaders and lot of people from the team will be earning big, will earning millions.
So the basics are learn, learn well and never miss a chance to learn. Always be with the leading peoples and take an advises only from them.
Others will give you the advise to quit, and that you are not born for that, that others is having bigger  luck, and lot of nonsense will talk to you, just to quit and to join them in their hopelessness. They are not searching for solution for their problems, but they are doing everything not to escape from it.

Our strength is in endurance

Everybody deserve to arrive at their destination without detour, but that is the only thing that depend only on us. The biggest detours in the road to our success is made by us, at the moment of loosing the focus. We getting distracted by a small things, that are converting our focus on the things that are not useful and productive. How many times, you have the filling that you are working all day, but when you make an analysis about the work done, you realize that you only wasted your time and you have loosed one more day, and that day will delay the arriving time at your destination. 
Always watch your work, always make a analysis of the work that you have done that day. Because a lot of people are spending their time in nonprofitable work, like organizing their contacts, their notes, making plans that never get in action, loosing in administration. You can loose days or even weeks in those nonprofitable works, and you at the end you are expecting the result that will never be accomplished,why, because you have not call none to present your work to, you have not work with the only thing that is counting, your prospects. 
Lot of peoples work hard, but they focus on the wrong part of the work, and they do not get the results, those people are so close to giving up, because, they are working, they do not get the results, and there is no one that can tell them where they are making mistake, and why they don't get the results. 
The things that are really matter are also in our endurance. Yes we must endure in our efforts, because, nothing will happened after a month or two, maybe someone will accomplish that, because the luck is great partner here, but in the others not so lucky, the hard work will get us there. You must be ready for lot of rejections, lot of no, and lot of people had said that will come, but they will never show up. 
You must not take this punch like something personal, because it isn't, it is only business, and lot of people don't want to be taken out from their comfort zone. So it is not your mistake, it is not nones mistake, it is the way that must be. We must endure, we must receive 100 no before we receive 1 yes, that the things are working. Endurance is one of the personality traits that is most important in the beginning of every work that we are starting, before we start to get results. When we start to get results, the things are going to be little easier, but the endurance is the quality that we must own to succeed. You must be motivated to endure, you must train your endurance, and you must fed it with the visualization of your goals, with receiving of the deserved prizes, visualization of the lifestyle that you want to achieve. That pictures will fed our endurability and make us more resilient to failure. 
   Everything that we need to succeed is available to learn it. We need to have willpower to make us a students, to learn the skills that we are going to need, to learn the habits that we are going to need, to learn the mindset that we are going to need, to learn to became winners. 
Everything that we need to success is inside of us, only we have to rich for it and we have to build it, than the doors of the success will begin to open them self with easy that we never had imagine till now.
