LIke I've said in the first part of the cellular nutrition we have talked about the proteins and sugars.
Today we are going to write about the water.
Our body is 75% made of water. Water is one of the ingredients we must take every day and with quantities that will sustain the optimal water distribution throughout all the body. If we loose only 2% of the body water, our brain is beginning to lose it sharpness, can not be concentrated, we will begin to forget things, we will not judge the things properly etc. This is only when we lose 2% of all our water.
We need to take a 1 liter of water per 25 kilograms. So if you have a 50 kilograms, you must take 2 liters of water daily. This mean, water, not juices, or soft drinks, soda and even coffee.
Why I'm talking about this, because, when I ask someone, do you drink water, they are answering me, yes I drink a lot of liquids, when I ask what kind of liquid drinks, they are saying that they drink sodas, juices, colas, sparkling water. That is not drinking water. Why?
Because, when you are taking a bath, with what you are washing your body? With water yes? Why?
Because we need to clean up our skin from the dirt. That is right. We also need water, pure water, to wash our body from insight.
Every process in our body is placed in water. So if the quantity of water in the body is decreased the processes are slowing. The people can live without the food for 30-40 days, but without a water we will die in 2-3 days.
By the water, our body is discharging the toxins that are the products from the metabolic processes.
When our bodies lose water, it affect the blood flow, and the good pressure. The blood pressure is falling, and for that the heart must pump the blood harder, to achieve the needed blood pressure, and the heart rate is going up. If this process is taking longer, then, the heart will weaken and lot of other diseases will appear on the heart. Other things that are influenced by the lack of water is the food process, enzyme production, hormone production, brain functionality and circulation.Also and water use is also counting as wellness and the basic of the cellular nutrition.
Water is the main environment for every process in the body so use the water regular.
Maybe this post should be the first, but never mind. If you are following me on regular basis than everything will be clear, and there will be only one step that you must do, start taking care of your self and of your health.
