As our people has told, that is very wise, first the health, then everything else, we have to roll our sleeves and heal our life.
Health is our greatest asset, and we should keep it. Once you lose it, you can not repair to its original condition.
Every day we have to spend time and to care about our health, invest in our self, because it will drastically come back to us like interest. We must care for our self, because no one will care for us when we lose our health.
If we neglect the health, we undermine our future. When the time will come to enjoy the fruits of your work, you will spend your hard earned money to heal your self or to prolong you old ages to be with your family, but when the health is used in the youth, you pay for it in the old ages. Why our children to wear the burden of our lack of sense for our health now? WHY?
