How we must eat.
The people are learning as long they live. So, to someone It may look silly, but most of the people don't know how to eat, or what to eat. To be healthy, we must take in our body all the nutrients and the food must be diverse.

The last quarter is reserved for food with sugar, but low glycogenic index, like grains, bread, potatoes etc.
