How is our relation to our child diet, that kind of relationship with food it will make. Like everything that our children must learn, that must learn how to be healthy and to use a healthy food.
The child will become your copy, and the kind of food you are eating, they will also.
So if your nutrition is healthy, your child will eat the healthy food.
The reasons for one child to become a obese one are lack of care, like for our selfs and for the children too.
This time of fast living isn't reflecting only on our health, it is reflecting on the health of our children.
Why. Because the children are copying everything we do. They become our exact copy, and sometime some things that we do not like in our character is seen in our children, only then we are clear that we are doing the same thing, but it not bother us.
So the conclusion is that our child become obese because of us, not their unique way of food process.
If you do not eat your breakfast, than you must not push your children to have it. Only way to have a breakfast is to have it together, only than they will learn that breakfast is good.
If you are exercising then your child is exercising too, but if you watch the TV every afternoon on the bed, what do you think, what he will learn? To go in the gym and to make a good workout? I think no.
So everything you do in front of your children they will do it tomorrow, and only person from with they are learning is you.
How many times you eat the fast food, do you drink a soft drinks, do you smoke, do you drink, everything you do will be back to you as a boomerang, and it will punch you in the place where it hurts most.
If your child is big and fat it doesn't mean that he is healthy, exactly the opposite, he is more suitable for a lot of diseases, starting with diabetes, and heart diseases. If you encourage the child to be fat you are forcing them to be obese, and to destroy their lives and future only because you are not knowing for better. Tomorrow they will said to you why you have ruined their lives? That will hurt you the most, and other that will hurt you is the fact that their health is destroyed by you.
Child obesity is in big growth, and the end is not visible in near future, only if we change something radical in our way of diet and our relationship with the world around us.
We have to start living healthy, we are going to became better persons, and to start affecting positively to the lives of our dearest.
