So when you are exercising the body don't use the fat, it uses the glycogen from the muscles.
So the body now needs a rest. When body is resting, it refuels the muscles with glycogen. If you use a food rich in sugars it will replenish all the glycogen from the food sugar. But if you give the body food with nutrients that is hard to process, than the body start to use the fat. Only than fat is starting to be burned by the body.
So if you use well balanced food with low glycogenic Index ( that is the food which is freeing only small amounts of sugar in the blood, and do not make intense insulin reaction) only than you will start loosing the fat.
This intro was exposed because we need to know how our body is reacting to a exercise. This is easier way of loosing fat, and making the body fit.
But if you do not exercise, than you must adjust the food intake for that.
Because we only need nutrients for basic functions, the body is using smaller amounts of food. This is the problem. We eat with our eyes, we are not listening our needs. So for that we need to force us, to discipline our selfs in order to be healthy.
Daily intake of food in female persons are about 2000 calories, and man 2500 calories. Remember in that calories we must take in our body 114 nutrients which is needed for daily needs.
What are the calories of usual fast food meal? From 800-3000 calories, it depends. If you eat 3 fast food meals, you will be much over your daily need of calories, but you will lack other important nutrients, like vitamins, minerals, fibre. and you will be overt the limit 400-7500 calories per day.
1 kilo of fat is 7500 calories, so you can gain even a kilo fat a day, and that is scary.
Healthy food is a solution for everything, but we must first know other things in order to make our diet.
